The Remington College online Bachelor’s Completion Degree in Organizational Management offers fundamental training in both business and management. The online Organizational Management Bachelor’s Completion Degree Program at Remington College is designed to give you the opportunity to sharpen your leadership and problem-solving skills while testing your organizational strengths in an online learning environment .*
Online program completion may take as few as 18 months for full-time students, assuming the student has met the prerequisites for admission (Credit transfer restrictions may apply. Please contact an admission representative for more information).*
All online classes at Remington College are facilitated using the Brightspace Learning Management System (LMS). The Brightspace LMS is a highly effective web-based platform that provides both our students and faculty with an intuitive, responsive, accessible, and mobile friendly learning environment that allows them to fully optimize their teaching and learning potential.
The Organizational Management Degree Program provides training in the decision-making skills and problem-solving behaviors needed for professional administrators, the technical skills required for management level business positions, and the ethical and moral considerations of business. The objective of this Program is to prepare graduates for entry-level positions, such as administrative services and facility manager, general manager of service or retail business, inventory manager, line manager, operations manager, and quality manager.
